The reader-voted awards celebrate the very best in British food and drink. We received over a thousand votes so this really is a great achievement.

OFM AwardsThe Observer Food Monthly Awards, in association with Bordeaux Wines, have been running for eight years and celebrate the very best in British food and produce from independent producers to the UK’s most revered chefs.
This year’s winners were selected by a mix of reader voted entries and by the awards judging panel. On the judging panel was: Nigel Slater, Observer food writer and chef; Jay Rayner, Observer food critic; Angela Hartnett, chef; Sat Bains, chef and restaurateur; Jason Atherton, chef; Thomasina Miers, chef and restaurateur; Nicky Hancock; co-founder of Sauce PR; Lucy Siegle, broadcaster and ethical living correspondent, The Observer; Tim Hayward, food writer and broadcaster; Douglas Morton, Bordeaux Wine Council; Jared Brown, distiller and drinks historian; Allan Jenkins, editor, Observer Food Monthly (OFM); and Gareth Grundy, deputy editor, OFM.
This year OFM celebrated its tenth anniversary. For ten years OFM has been reporting on the biggest food news stories, trends within the industry and showcasing new and established talent.
